Q: What types of drinks do you offer?

Q: Can you create custom cocktails for our event?

A: Absolutely! We love crafting unique cocktails to match the theme or preferences of your event. Let us know your preferences, and we'll create something special.

Q: How many bartenders will be available?

A: The number of bartenders depends on the size of your event. We ensure there's an adequate staff-to-guest ratio to provide efficient and friendly service.

Q: What is the cost per drink or per hour?

A: Our pricing varies based on the duration of the event, the number of guests, and the specific drinks you choose. We can provide you with a detailed quote based on your requirements.

Q: Do you provide all the necessary glassware and equipment?

A: Yes, we come fully equipped with cups, napkins, straws, bartending tools, and all the necessary equipment to ensure a seamless bar service at your event.

Q: Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions or preferences?

A: Certainly. We are happy to work with any dietary restrictions or preferences your guests may have. Just let us know in advance, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and signing of the contract.  Cancellations within 90 days of the event can be discussed at that time.

Q: Can you provide a tasting session for the drinks before the event?

A: Absolutely! We can arrange a tasting session where you can sample our drinks and provide feedback to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Q: How early do you arrive to set up before the event?

A: We typically arrive well in advance to set up the bar and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive. The exact timing depends on the complexity of the setup and the size of the event.

Q: What does your full experience include?

A: We provide everything you need including bartenders, bar planning assistance, a custom personalized menu, bar equipment, ice, nice plastic drinkware, coolers, black cocktail napkins, stirrers, garnishes, and mixers. If desired, we will also include basic bar decor including votives, BAR sign, and faux greenery.

Our Add-On Services include a second portable bar for larger events exceeding 200 guests, custom handmade signage, custom koozies, soda service, champagne service, trash service, and generator use.

Q: Do you provide the alcohol?

A: We do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Illinois, we can not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol, payment must be paid separately by Client. This means you, your venue, or your caterer provides the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way from bar planning, to providing a suggested shopping list guide, and can even coordinate the purchase with our beverage vendor!
